In 2006, Arketype revived Grace Presbyterian Church. The historic Green Bay building was once scheduled to be demolished and converted into a parking lot. That was until Arketype purchased the space, fashioning it into our inspirational office building.
Our facility is located at 612 Stuart Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin. "Graceland," as we often refer to it, is more than 17,000 square feet of highly functional and beautiful office space.
We made it a priority to maintain the architectural integrity and character of the historic building, which dates back to 1879. There are more than 50 hand-painted and original stained-glass windows throughout the building.
The unique work areas include an atrium, formal conference rooms, relaxed meeting rooms, a library, kitchen, and onsite client office.
Arketype was honored with a 2007 Mayor's Beautification Award in the category of "Restoration of Large Buildings." According to Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt's office, "The purchase of the building and its renovation reflect Arketype's deep-rooted commitment, both to architectural preservation and to ensuring a vital downtown Green Bay." The renovation was also featured in Metropolis magazine.
